Seeu is called the "Mad Prince Seeu" in the shoujo manga series "Planet Ladder". He initially appears in the story to capture the main character, Kaguya, for reasons then unknown. He was known as the prince and ruler of the second world, Asu, and also as its sole survivor. He is a great warrior who is the owner of the one of the legendary living weapons, the Lunato Mercury. As such, he has a very long life, and is over three hundred years old.

Seeu's place in the story is very important. He starts out as what would appear to be a villain or antagonist, but slowly becomes one of the story's main heroes. Of all the characters, he was given the most extensive backstory, and perhaps the best ending over-all. What results is a truly intriguing character who will stay with you long after finishing the series.
